Yes you may, but processing will be much faster when you apply online, as your information and documents would have already been verified.

What if I am unable to answer your call?

Please contact and inform us of the best times and dates on when you will be available to take the call.

May I still avail of a loan even if I cannot visit your branch?

No, you are required to visit the branch at the time of loan release.

When will I know if my loan application is approved?

You will be notified within 24 hours upon completion of loan process, as follows:

Step 2:  Submission of required documents

Step 3: Verification conducted by our representatives

When is the loan released?

Once approved, a company representative will call to confirm your availability to pick up your check.

When do I have to repay my loan?

You will pay on each due date indicated on the agreement.

What if I am unable to repay my loan on time?

You will be charged with the appropriate late payment charges as follows:

SSS Pension Loan - 3.5% of the total monthly amortization

Am I qualified to avail of the SSS pension loan?

Yes, as long as you receive any of the following from SSS:

  • Monthly Pension
  • Monthly Dependents Allowance
  • Monthly Partial or Full Disability Allowance

How do I apply for an SSS pension loan?

Apply online or visit the branch nearest you, and bring the original or upload copies of the following: 

  • SSS ID
  • One (1) valid government-issued ID
  • Proof of billing
  • Barangay clearance

How much can I borrow?

You may borrow from ten thousand pesos (P10,000) up to one hundred fifty thousand pesos (P150,000) on your first application.

Is co-borrower required?

Yes.

Who can I assign as a co-borrower?

  • Spouse
  • Children with earning capacity
  • Any relative with earning capacity

Is the co-borrower required to be present with me when visiting the branch?

Yes. He/she needs to bring original copies of 2 valid government issued IDs upon branch visit.
